Whatever you're throwing

One app, not fifteen templates

Nothing here assumes what kind of event you're running. You define its parts — a drinks reception and a dinner, a ceremony and a lunch, or one long afternoon — and the rest of the app arranges itself around them. Guests are invited to a part, suppliers are booked for a part, schedules belong to a part.

A fiftieth birthday and a company away-day are not the same event, and neither has to pretend to be a wedding to be planned properly.

Keep names, contact details and replies together, with running headcounts you can hand straight to the venue. Dietary requirements and access needs sit on the guest, so the list you send is already complete.

Seating

Lay out the room

Build the layout from the tables the venue actually has, then drag guests into seats. The app keeps count of who is still unplaced, and exports the finished plan as a PDF when somebody asks for one.

Money

A budget that tells you the truth

Set what you expect to spend by category, record what you have actually been quoted, and log deposits as they go out. If you're spending somebody else's money — a committee's, a company's — the gap between estimated and actual is the number they will ask for.

Privacy

Your plan stays yours

Everything lives on your device. Subscribe, and it syncs through your own iCloud to your other devices — your Apple ID, Apple's servers, and nothing of ours in between. There is no account to create with us, and no copy of your guest list on a server we control.
