Both apps are the same app underneath, so nothing is a cut-down version of anything. What differs is the language on screen and the categories offered — not the features.

How it's built

No assumptions about who you are

The wedding app asks for two partners' names. Not a bride and a groom — partner one and partner two, because that is the only version that is right for everybody. There is no field anywhere that requires you to be a particular kind of couple, and none that quietly assumes it.

The same thinking runs through the guest list: dietary requirements and access needs sit beside every name, because a guest who needs step-free access to their table matters as much as one who doesn't eat fish.

Your plan

Stays yours

Your plan lives on your device. If you subscribe, it syncs through your own iCloud account to your other devices — Apple's servers, your Apple ID, nothing of ours in between. We do not have a copy, we cannot read it, and there is no account to create with us.

One subscription covers both apps. Anyone who bought the old Wedding Planner or Event Planner keeps what they paid for — see the note for existing owners.
